About The Position

Love people? Love wellness? Join SWTHZ, Kansas City’s hottest new wellness studio, where infrared saunas + cold plunges = total reset. We’re looking for outgoing, motivated team members who want to grow their career while helping others feel their best.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking to people
• Weekend + evening availability (some mornings too)
• Able to work 17-30+ hours/week

Nice To Haves

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests & give tours of our luxury wellness suites
• Share membership options and help new clients get started
• Build relationships & create an amazing guest experience
• Hit personal + team sales goals (with training + support!)
• Keep the studio looking fresh and welcoming
