Requirements
- Confident and professional phone and written communication skills.
- Driven by results, comfortable talking with clients, and motivated to close deals.
- Ability to grasp mortgage products, underwriting basics, and compliance requirements quickly.
- Manage multiple leads while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
- Thrive in a performance-based environment with clear production targets.
- Collaborate effectively with processors, underwriters, and management to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to discuss loan products and qualify potential borrowers.
- Collect borrower information and pre-qualify applicants based on company guidelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects to move them through the lending pipeline.
- Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
- Build rapport with investors, brokers, and agents to create long-term referral relationships.
- Stay informed about loan programs, interest rates, and lending trends.
