Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Home Furnishing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will engage with customers to help them find the perfect furniture and decor for their homes. Earnings & Growth Potential: Top performer earned over $150,000 at Regency Management Services Top 20% earned over $90,000 Retail Sales Associate with no experience earn over $45,000, in just their first year. Requirements

No experience required; our training program was built by successful sales associates to prepare you to maximize your earning potential
A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
