We are currently seeking someone who is available on weekends and a few weekdays, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role over the next few months based on performance, initiative, and leadership potential. You’ll help introduce new members to the Orangetheory experience, build relationships within our community, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our studio. Responsibilities

  • Connect with every guest and member who enters the studio with energy, confidence, and a passion for fitness
  • Lead engaging introductions (“intros”) that educate prospective members on the Orangetheory workout and its results
  • Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience that helps prospects understand how Orangetheory fits their goals
  • Guide first-time guests through their initial experience, partnering with coaches to ensure a welcoming and motivating first workout
  • Drive membership sales by converting leads into committed members of the Orangetheory community=
  • Follow up with prospects and past guests through calls, texts, and email to build relationships and close sales
  • Support local marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new leads and partnerships
  • Maintain a professional and organized studio environment that reflects the Orangetheory brand
