About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join their team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, understanding the dealership's vehicle inventory, guiding customers through the sales process from selection to financing, following up with leads, meeting sales targets, processing sales documentation, maintaining the showroom and lot appearance, and resolving customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
