Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a warm smile
Own the front desk—answer phones, check in clients, and create a welcoming environment
Lead new guests on studio tours and introduce them to the Orangetheory experience
Work closely with coaches to ensure first-timers feel supported and confident
Sell memberships that align with our mission of health, strength, and community
Follow up with leads and prospects to inspire them to take the next step
Handle member inquiries and concerns with care, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
Participate in local marketing and outreach events to grow our member base
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio space
