About The Position

As a Sales Associate at TITLE Boxing Club, you'll be the driving force behind building our community and growing our member base through both personal connections and a savvy approach to social media engagement. This role not only involves generating revenue by enrolling new members but also utilizing social platforms to create buzz, drive promotions, and engage with potential, new, and existing members. This is an hourly (non-exempt) position that provides a base hourly rate, with the potential to earn additional compensation through reaching productivity milestones. Your success is only limited by your drive and willingness to excel in a fast-paced, social media-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales, or social media marketing experience preferred.
  • Competitive drive to thrive in a performance-based, social-media-forward culture.
  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for connecting with people both in-person and online.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and a desire to help others live healthier lives.
  • Knowledge of sales practices and experience using social media for business growth.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to lift/ move heavy equipment.
  • Typing and using a computer mouse for social media content creation and member communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate fitness techniques, in-person and via digital platforms.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage on social media platforms to promote member success stories, club events, promotions, and community outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain community connections using social media tools and company-provided programs. (i.e., Community Outreach, Local Promotions, Corporate Sales on-sites)
  • Drive new business internally through social media member promotions, referral programs, and digital guest pass dissemination.
  • Create external business opportunities through targeted social media campaigns, mini promotions, and digital events.
  • Engage with potential members online and over the phone to set appointments for in-person tours and enrollment.
  • Promote specials and offers through online platforms to current and prospective members.
  • Manage daily planner/leads with an emphasis on digital communication and follow-up.
  • Attain personal revenue targets by leveraging both face-to-face interactions and social media strategies.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person tours of the club, showcasing the facility, equipment, services, and amenities via live videos or posts.
  • Understand how TITLE Boxing Club’s offerings align with the potential member's fitness goals, utilizing online communication to build rapport.
  • Communicate authentically and professionally with members both in-person and online, maintaining a strong presence across social media.
  • Adhere to the Membership Agreement Procedures (MAP) during enrollment, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Provide stellar customer service, whether responding to online inquiries, comments, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist with maintaining the facility’s appearance and ensuring that both in-club and online experiences reflect the TITLE Boxing brand.
