Requirements

• Must have at least 1 – 2 years of Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
• A driven, outgoing attitude with strong work ethic that values positivity and eagerness to succeed
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Capable of handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Effective at managing time and multiple customers throughout the sales process.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales.
• Willingness to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• A valid driver’s license is generally required for facilitating test drives.

Responsibilities

• Establish a relationship with customers, offering them a first-class shopping experience
• Guide customers through vehicle selection process by listening to their needs and matching them with the right product
• Present vehicle features, performance and benefits with confidence and clarity
• Offer knowledge throughout the car buying process and deliver customer’s vehicles upon completion
• Maintain customer relationship through consistent follow-up
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, models, and financing options.
