About The Position

Sales Associates at Aaron's are responsible for creating a positive and energetic atmosphere on the sales floor, driving sales by engaging directly with customers, and assisting them in finding suitable products. The role also involves managing customer files and contracts, as well as assisting with the cleaning, organizing, and moving of merchandise. This position can be physically demanding, but training and tools are provided to ensure safety.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Desire to help customers
• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Age: 18 or older
