Requirements

• Has at least one year of retail sales experience (luxury retail experience is a plus)
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Shows enthusiasm for learning about fine jewelry, gemstones, and industry trends
• Is comfortable with technology including CRM systems and point-of-sale software
• Values teamwork and contributes positively to a collaborative environment
