As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers Execute closing and opening duties as assigned Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards Essential Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months ( p revious retail experience preferred ) Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holiday s .
