Boot Factory Outlet in Orlando is seeking Sales Associates to join their energetic team. As a leader in the western and work boot industry, the company offers over 20,000 boots from top national brands. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect boots with expert product knowledge, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, collaborating with teammates to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction, and staying informed about product features, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements

A people-person with a genuine passion for helping others
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face-to-face
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or GED
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
