About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Little Caesars Express Sales Associates. The Sales Associate at Little Caesars Express is responsible for preparing food and serving customers with a strong emphasis on delivering the brand’s signature quality and speed. This role involves engaging with customers, ensuring food items are prepared to specifications, and maintaining an inviting environment that promotes the unique Little Caesars experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards, ensuring freshness and quality in every order.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in placing their orders. Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences.
• Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brand’s commitment to fast and friendly service.
• Stay informed about Little Caesars’ menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. Address customer questions and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment.
