About The Position

Club Pilates Chesterfield is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, class packages, and retail products to new and existing clients. This individual will also assist with customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health and fitness
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and retail products
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to drive sales
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
