About The Position

Our client, New England Spas, has maintained a commitment to providing their communities with excellent service, products and support for over 40 years. Since 1978 when they opened their flagship store in Natick, MA they have continued to supply their customers with top-quality products, excellent customer service and trusted spa service solutions.
The Role: The Sales Associate is responsible for guiding customers through their buying journey. This includes mastering product knowledge; lead follow-up and site visits all well delivering the highest level of customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated self – starter looking to become part of strong company culture.
This position will be primarily based in Norwell, MA but may be required to conduct site visits across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent is required
• Computer proficiency required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• A self-starter with a passion for consultative selling
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and provides exceptional customer service
• Willingness and ability to reliably commute between locations
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Master the product lineup, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge tubs and massage chairs
• Engage with customers in the showroom
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Actively follow up with leads and guide customers through their buying journey
• Make daily outreaches to follow up on leads, delivery statuses, and water care questions
• Ensure accurate and timely sales paperwork and upload documents to the company database
• Open and close the showroom as scheduled
• Participate in ongoing training and career development
• Assist with retail sales and product stocking
• Conduct thorough site visits
