About The Position

The Sales Associate role at Orangetheory Fitness involves enthusiastically sharing the importance of fitness, presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, and selling memberships. Associates will also give studio tours, work with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout, follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure the studio is clean and organized. Orangetheory Fitness offers a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout designed to boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness. Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
