Requirements

Experience from working within customer service and/or sales
Commercial mindset and previous work experience with personal sales of products
Prestigeless way of working
True team player and have good communication skills
An orderly and meticulous way of working
Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English

Responsibilities

Provide high service to our customers and create long-lasting relationships with them.
Listen, inspire, and assist the customers to find the right product for the right occasion
Shop assistant duties such as sales, checkout, replenishment and clothing care.
Provide our customers with an omnichannel customer journey
Work with KPI's and perform accordingly to the set budget
Be proactive in keeping the store clean and tidy
