Sales Associate
About The Position
Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers, responding to their inquiries, questions, and complaints, providing assistance and product information, and resolving issues. You will also assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals and monitor customer accounts. Additionally, you will track sales activity and performance metrics, prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes, establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should have exceptional communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, adaptability, organizational skills and B2B and software sales experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior sales experience in the same or similar roles
- B2B and Software sales experience
- In-depth understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Effective problem-solving
- Adaptability and teamwork
- Organization and time management
Responsibilities
