Learn more: en.irisgalerie.com What You’ll Do — Make Art and Drive Sales As a Sales & Experience Associate, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will: Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate: Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales Has flexible availability, including weekends Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset) Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus) Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit
