About The Position

Requirements

• No sales experience required, but having some exposure is an asset.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in growing into an outside sales role.
• Ability to meet goals while collaborating with the marketing and sales team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients.
• Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives.
• Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management.
• Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands-on learning.
