Requirements
- A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfort with modern dealership technology (Drive Centric, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Ability to juggle multiple customers and sales processes with ease
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Connect with and follow up on leads through Drive Centric and other channels
- Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from first hello to final delivery
- Use dealership tools like RouteOne and Reynolds & Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information
- Stay up to speed on Buick and GMC vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet—and exceed—sales goals
