The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers each day to determine their needs and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to teach customers new perspectives, specifically tailored to their most pressing needs, promptly resolve purchase barriers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction with the Cove Sales Experience. The Sales Associate should be a team player and willing to go above and beyond when representing Cove Communities.
