Build strong connections with guests, showing them your favorite products (but keep it diverse!). Be proactive: always ready with a task or helping hand. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team. Be punctual, positive, and a team player. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with your teammates.
