Requirements
- Previous retail experience
Responsibilities
- Provide all guests with OUTSTANDING Guest Service
- Ensure all sales, cash, and operating discrepancies are reported in a timely manner
- Work with entire staff to ensure they are scoring 100% on all branded Mystery Shops
- Utilize suggested selling techniques with Guests
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure compliance with applicable age restricted product regulations such as tobacco and alcohol
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
- Ensure cooler, store shelves, and displays are clean, fully stocked, and fronted
- Notify the General Manager or leader of any maintenance problems
