The Sales Associate role involves being an integral part of a team across various departments, including Agriculture/Pet, Lawn & Garden/Seasonal, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Clothing/Footwear, Tools/Hardware, Housewares, Sporting Goods, and Plumbing/Paint/Electrical. Associates are expected to engage with customers ("neighbors") in a fun, friendly, and rewarding team environment, assisting them in finding quality products. Key aspects of the role include maintaining a clean store, ensuring proper product presentation and accurate signage, and supporting company initiatives like the Blain Rewards Program and Associate Referrals. The ultimate goal is to provide an overall positive shopping experience for customers and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check
