The Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of all products on assigned route. This role involves assisting in marketing, merchandising, and delivery efforts as needed to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance objectives. A key aspect of the position is building strong relationships with all customers and ensuring the quality of products at retail outlets. The role also entails maximizing retail efforts through the execution and implementation of established sales and marketing programs, addressing customer needs promptly, and utilizing retail account standards. Responsibilities include increasing consumer awareness of brands through proactive shelf management, managing product quality to ensure freshness and damage-free availability, and effectively using ordering systems to prevent out-of-stock or out-of-code situations. The Sales Associate will also solicit primary placement of permanent point-of-sale materials, stay informed about competitive signage, complete administrative duties, and perform all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and guidelines, as well as other work-related duties as assigned.
