The primary function of this role is assisting patients of Optical Outlets while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager. This position involves attracting and retaining customers by providing unsurpassed customer service, greeting customers, and explaining the process transparently. The associate will assist patients with merchandise selection, fitting frames, and dispensing eyewear, as well as solving visual problems. Key responsibilities include managing customer transactions, serving as a center of excellence for patient satisfaction, and assisting customers in selecting appropriate frames and lenses based on their vision, lifestyle, and budget. The role also requires suggesting improvements, recommending solutions, and assisting other retail associates with complex customer product needs and prescriptions.
