About The Position

Restore is the creator of Hyper Wellness®—a new category in health focused on helping people feel their best through science-backed therapies. With 200+ locations nationwide, we are committed to helping clients take control of their health and longevity.

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you are the face of the studio. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive membership and service sales, and help maintain smooth daily operations. This role blends sales, client care, and operational support.

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service experience (required)
• 1+ year sales experience (required)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Interest in health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours and guide clients through services and benefits
• Recommend services and build personalized wellness plans
• Drive memberships, retail, and service sales
• Educate clients on treatments, safety, and frequency
• Manage booking, check-in, and POS systems
• Support client onboarding and follow-up
• Assist with outreach for promotions and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Support team members and overall studio flow
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
