About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join their team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Ourisman's philosophy is guest-centric, striving to innovate how car buying is done and infused into every aspect of their dealerships and team members.

Requirements

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
