Job Overview: As an Automotive Sales Associate , you will be the face of the dealership, helping customers find the vehicle that best suits their needs. Your role will include guiding clients through the sales process, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the values of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not required – we offer training for motivated candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and trends (preferred but not necessary).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival to the showroom.
  • Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the perfect vehicle that meets their requirements.
  • Provide detailed information on features, specifications, and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives as set by the dealership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and trends in the automotive industry.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Assist customers with vehicle financing options and trade-in evaluations.
  • Uphold the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.
