Requirements

• Passion for the outdoors and a desire to unite people with that passion
• Prior sales experience preferred, however, we will train a talented and motivated sales professional.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong closing skills

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on all industry-leading brands we sell, stay current on product knowledge and competition
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Handles sales lead from the Internet, Phone, at Dealership and from CRM
• Perform boat and tractor demonstrations and deliveries
• Constantly prospecting
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and new client quotas
• Introduce customers to our award-winning customer satisfaction index service team
