About The Position

As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members, guests and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community. This would be a part time position with the possibility to be full time and the possibility to be a personal training fitness coach.

Requirements

Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
Passion for health and wellness
Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Body20 studio.
Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Body20 workout.
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
Participate in marketing and outreach events
Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times
Keep up with studio cleaning checklists
Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Body20 training programs
