About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is a group fitness class that combines cardio and strength training, focusing on heart rate-based interval training to boost metabolism and burn calories. We are seeking a charismatic Sales Associate and attentive customer service specialist who has proven sales experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes and systems, meeting key performance metrics, performing all front desk systems and operations correctly and efficiently. Expected Schedules: Tuesday- Friday 12:30pm-8:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-12:15pm, or Sunday 7:00am-12:15pm and Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-8:00pm

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales / customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to achieve goals and work as a team
  • Ability to listen and serve members

Responsibilities

  • Offer and process seasonal promotions and campaigns.
  • Promote sales of memberships, packages, and retail.
  • Meet sales and studio goals.
  • Participate in marketing measures such as in-studio and out of studio events.
  • Manage leads and memberships through Orangetheory platforms.
  • Communicate with leads including regular follow ups with inbound and outbound calls, emails, and possibly text messages.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
  • Lead Orangetheory Fitness studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio.
  • Communicate effectively with members and potential members.
  • Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
  • Maintain boutique studio excellence.
  • Make sure cleanliness of studio is up to business standards & expectations.
  • Uphold a professional brand image.
  • Take a minimum of two Orangetheory classes per week.
  • Ensure proper purchasing and billing transactions.
  • Check-in and class management.
  • Conduct follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
  • Respond to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
  • Display excellence in the sales process.
  • Initiate New Member Journey process / Oversee the new member experience.
  • Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are completed.
  • Operate OTBeat systems and functionalities.
  • Stay current with learning on Orange University.
  • Attend and participate in all relevant Orangetheory training programs and community events.
  • Any other responsibilities requested by management/ownership.
