About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional customer experience while contributing to store operations and sales objectives. This role involves assisting customers with eyewear selection, dispensing products, educating on care, maintaining records, handling communications, and ensuring the store's presentation and inventory standards are met.

Requirements

• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
