Retail Customer Service Associate – The UPS Store Are you looking for a dependable job where you can grow your skills and make an impact every day? The UPS Store is hiring a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to work opening shifts (8:30 AM) and closing shifts (7:00 PM) on weekdays
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with shipping, packaging, printing, and other business services
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle transactions, answer customer questions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain an organized, efficient store environment
