About The Position

They are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress/bedding products using their proven selling process and the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. Requirements

• Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to work a typical 4–5-day work week, between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
• Provide a tailored shopping experience that transforms a customer's sleep quality and satisfaction.
• Assist in providing exceptional service to customers.
• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and the bedMatch system.
• Reset the showroom floor.
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Meet and interact with customers and understand their needs.
