The Sales Associate will be responsible for building client relationships, assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include market research, understanding client needs, advising on property options, managing property showings, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also involves networking, staying informed about market trends, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge or ability to learn about real estate trends, local market conditions, and related industry practices
  • Proven ability in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles
