About The Position

ECCO, a premier Footwear company, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to join its Retail Team. The role focuses on driving and exceeding store financial goals by providing a World Class shopping experience. Key aspects include educating guests on product knowledge, operating the cash register, managing loss prevention, and maintaining store appearance. The Brand Ambassador will also assist management with non-selling tasks like shipment processing, stock counts, and product displays. Adherence to ECCO's policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, prioritization, organization, and follow-up skills, and demonstrate good judgment in customer service. A positive attitude and a commitment to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability are essential. The position requires acting as a role model and setting a positive example through effective selling skills. Responsibilities

  • Driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests
  • Educating guests with product knowledge, by sharing features, advantages and benefits of shoes to help guests in making informed buying decisions
  • Proficiently operating the cash register, including accountability for variances on assigned drawers
  • Being knowledgeable in areas of loss prevention awareness
  • Maintaining general housekeeping on a daily basis
  • Assisting management in various other non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts and maintaining product displays
  • Adhering to ECCO’s policies and procedures, such as scheduling & dress code guidelines, that are outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues
  • Acting as a role model for your team and set a positive example through modeling of effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor
