What You’ll Do As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service.

Requirements

• A friendly, professional communicator who loves helping people feel confident and comfortable.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
