The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer
service for external and internal guests, eliminating distractions, anticipating
needs, and preparing hearts for the gospel message in all areas of Retail. They
provide exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of trust and
collaboration.

The Sales Associate position follows a show run schedule from Tuesday through
Saturday. This role has different start and leave times scheduled between the
hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on
Fridays, and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Saturdays (depending on show schedules).
Lastly, the expectation is that the employee will work up to 28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Consistently practice excellent guest service commitments with all guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform in all areas of Retail as assigned, including, but not limited to concessions, merchandise, almond stations, and theater carts.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Operate point of sale and inventory systems, completing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• All other duties as assigned.
