As a Sales Associate at Louis – Armstrong International Airport, you'll delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages for travelers from around the world. From greeting customers to preparing handcrafted drinks and assisting with general sales floor duties, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming experience.

Requirements

Barista experience or prior food & beverage service background, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and customer interaction.
Previous retail or hospitality experience, delivering excellent customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment.
Ability to pass an FAA background check.
Must be available on weekends and have reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Passion for coffee and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and store management.
Operate POS systems efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and sales area, following health and safety standards.
Stock and replenish merchandise and coffee supplies on the sales floor and backroom.
Assist with retail sales, including answering product questions and recommending items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak travel times.
