About The Position
Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to be the front-of-house face of their OrangeTheory Fitness studio. This role involves greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience. CamFit is an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise specializing in heart-rate-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, designed to supercharge metabolism in 60 minutes with expert coaches. The company emphasizes that every role contributes to changing lives by helping members achieve stronger, healthier lives.
Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

- Previous experience in fitness or retail sales
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
- Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
- Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
- Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
- Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
