The Sales Associate role involves proactively greeting customers professionally, developing lasting customer relationships, conducting follow-up communication, selling tile and related products to exceed customer expectations, understanding installation and use of all products to educate customers, tracking individual sales goals, managing store orders, providing product updates, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
