About The Position

This position is for a Sales Associate at an upscale sauna studio, joining the member service team. The role requires a passion for health and wellness, confidence, and an outgoing personality to connect with people. The company seeks positive, confident, and results-oriented team members. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, including hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy. Employees will gain marketable sales skills through mentorship from experienced professionals (30 years combined sales experience) and receive tailored ongoing 1:1 support. The role offers a great working environment with various perks and an established career track for promotion to assistant studio manager with a pay increase.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
