Requirements

Sales Associates must have at minimum a basic knowledge of a computer. Our primary operating systems are MBO (MindBody), Microsoft 365. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications is preferred.
Maintain an active CPR/AED certification throughout employment term

Responsibilities

Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
Giving studio tours
Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
Following up on prospective clients
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Self manage productivity and efficiency throughout shift
Conduct minimum 40 outreach efforts to prospects per shift
Secure, close and retrain 7 New Members per Month
