About The Position

Miner's Ace Hardware is a Family-Owned Business operating 10 retail hardware stores on California's beautiful Central Coast. Their mission is to create an innovative retail environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work. The pay scale ranges from $17.00-$17.50 for Base Level, with Levels 1-3 earning $17.75-$21.00 based on performance. Extra benefits are available for eligible Full-Time employees.

Requirements

• Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team
• Basic math skills for operating a register
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
