What You’ll Do This role blends customer experience + sales performance : Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members Confidently present and sell gym memberships , guiding prospects to the right fit Follow up on leads, make calls, and book intro classes —not afraid of the phones Consistently ask for the sale and close memberships Support coaches and ensure a seamless studio experience during classes Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Represent Orangetheory at community events and outreach opportunities

Requirements

  • Confident in asking for the sale and closing memberships

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience
  • Experience selling memberships, fitness services, or similar is a plus
