About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their hearth needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, learning hearth products, understanding customer needs and presenting solutions based on those needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of.

Responsibilities

• No fireplace experience necessary - we will train and make sure you're comfortable in the role!
• This is not a transactional sales role - you will be expected to acquire product knowledge and research options to fully serve the customers' needs.
• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
