Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Passion for technology and helping customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented , fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass airport background checks and obtain required security badges

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to help customers find tech products that fit their needs
• Demonstrate and explain features of headphones, smart devices, accessories, and more
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and product recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for purchases and returns
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness
• Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures
