About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or have the desire to prove you have the raw skills to succeed in a remote-sales environment. You will play a critical role in driving sales in smaller districts including the private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance and discretion of your Sales Director(s). Collaborating with and taking direction from the Sales Director(s) you support will be key to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1 year in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Sales Tactics Proficient in understanding and applying sales strategies, familiar with CRM tools, and capable of growing and cultivating a sales pipeline.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for solving customer pain points and demonstrating how a potential partnership would positively impact course instruction.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external sales.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Especially critical for moving potential customers through the pipeline from discovery to procurement.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales tactics to navigate and fill your sales pipeline, converting leads into customers, prospects into partners.
  • Manage multiple accounts while effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies bringing in new business to the organization within target segment of the industry.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling approach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
  • Independently manage daily sales tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination to ensure seamless communication.
